Today's competitive markets are driven by the bottom line. Manufacturers must achieve the highest levels of productivity possible. Weldon's Total Preventive Maintenance Program has been developed with the end user in mind. Our goal is to help you eliminate costly downtime and repairs and keep your grinder operating smoothly and efficiently.

Proper maintenance is crucial to the on-going performance of your grinder. Our TPM Program begins with scheduling a technician to travel to your facility to perform a complete TPM check on your machine. After completing the inspection, you will be given an itemized checklist detailing the grinder's current condition and recommended repairs. A quotation for service work will be provided at your request.

Maintaining your Weldon grinder can be easily managed with a schedule of successive TPM checks that will help you maintain your equipment at peak performance. Most TPM checks can be completed in two days or less and can be scheduled at your convenience. Our experienced technicians have been fully trained at our manufacturing facility and are committed to providing you with the best service possible and helping you reach your goal of total productivity!

During your TPM check, a fully trained Weldon service technician will inspect the following:
• Way wipers and boots
• Ballscrew and support bearings
• X and Z axes slides
• Workhead and tailstock bearings
• All filters in pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Electrical servos and drives
• Wheel spindle bearings

Don't Let This Happen to You!

Precision machine tools are a major investment in dollars and operator/programmer training. The payback comes from improved productivity, but this can be short-lived if you're plagued by down-time and repair costs. Following the manufacturers suggested maintenance instructions and taking advantage of Weldon's TPM program can...

• Increase up-time
• Improve ROI
• Lower repair costs
• Help maintain machine precision
